Shipping & Returns:

Orders placed on wisdomatl.com are processed weekdays and shipped within 3-7 business days. Excluding the weekends and major holidays.

We do not offer any pickup orders.

Cancelation and address modification requests for orders placed on Friday-Sunday will not be accepted.

Shipping begins once the order is processed by our team and handed off to the courier. 

All Sales are Final. In addition to Special Collaboration & Discounted sales.

ALL Returns MUST meet ALL Wisdomatl.com return qualifications to be approved.

Damaged or Defective WISDOM products caused by us, can be swapped out if they meet our return qualifications.

If a return is approved, returned items must be in new and unused condition with the full original packaging still intact.

Orders must be returned by mail only.

Return labels must be purchased by the returning customer.

Once your return is delivered allow 3-5 business days for inspection. After inspection allow 24-48 hours for your order to be fully processed.

Wisdomatl.com does offer exchanges of equal value. We ask that you return the product in new & unused condition in order to process an exchange.
